Bonnets & Sons was established in 1880 and has been in the present owners’ family since 1959. The business today brings together the café, upstairs restaurant, chocolate shop, factory and bakery.
The kitchen’s approach remains straightforward: traditional British cuisine made in-house using carefully sourced local ingredients.
