Bonnets & Sons was established by Louis Bonnet in 1880. Today, it remains a place where food is made properly, served warmly and shared across generations.

The business has been in the present owners’ family since 1959. John Fairbank began learning the craft of chocolate at 12 and took over the business in 1974.
